Environmental Engineering Foundation
The Enviromental Engineering Foundation is formed exclusively for charitable, education, and scientific purposes.
The primary purposes of the Foundation includes:
- To educate and inform the public relating to environmental issues including, but not limited to, the effects of the practice of environmental engineering with respect to such issues.
- To conduct research on issues pertaining to environmental engineering.
- To expand, contribute, or otherwise disburse all or such parts of the funds collected, received and otherwise raised by this Foundation, exclusively as the Foundation deems appropriate, either directly or through contributions to other organizations for the charitable, educational, and scientific purposes so identified, but only to the extent permitted to do so by law.
- To do anything permitted by Section 2-103 of the corporation and Associations Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended from time to time, not inconsistent with the foregoing.
