2010 Frederick George Pohland Medal Nominations
Nominations for the Frederick George Pohland Medal are now being accepted. This award honors an individual who has made sustained and outstanding efforts to bridging environmental engineering research, education, and practice. Specialty Certification Renewal

2010 Environmental Engineering Selection & Career Guide
Invitations to participate in the 2010 edition will be e-blasted this week to all BCEEs/BCEEMs in private practice. Environmental Sustainability Certification
The American Academy of Environmental Engineers is pleased to announce a new certification: Environmental Sustainability. This new certification emphasizes the application of sustainability principals to the everyday practice of environmental engineering. It covers general principals, and applications to water/wastewater, solid and hazardous waste, air, energy, and development. Apply between now and March 31, 2010 and be in the first examination cycle for this exciting and useful new certification.
